Dispute Resolution (ODR)
Online Dispute Resolution Process for Halot Users
Introduction
At Halot, we strive to resolve disputes fairly and transparently. This page explains our Dispute Resolution System and your rights under European ODR regulations.
How Our Dispute Resolution Works
1. Contact Our Support Team
If you have a dispute, first contact our support team at support@halot.io with details about the issue, relevant job ID, and evidence supporting your claim.
2. Internal Resolution (14 days)
Our team will investigate and attempt to resolve the dispute within 14 days. Both parties will be kept informed of the process.
3. Decision & Implementation
If both parties agree on a resolution, we implement it immediately. If needed, refunds or payments are processed securely.
European ODR Platform
For EU-based users, disputes can also be referred to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. This is an official channel for resolving consumer disputes.

Scope of ODR
Our ODR system applies to disputes between users and Halot regarding service quality, payment issues, job cancellations, and refund requests. For urgent issues involving fraud or security, contact our security team directly.
